The coffee athletes traveled in advance to the South American highland country to acclimatize to the conditions and thus face more comfortably the official matches that will be held from April 3 to 7.

Colombia will have as rivals athletes from Bolivia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Venezuela and Chile, and it is also the candidate country to win the majority of the medals.
