Oliver Bearman (Ferrari, 7th in the Saudi Arabian GP), speaking to Canal+: “The last few days have been pretty crazy. With everything that has happened, I can be very proud. I had very little preparation, so I’m happy with my performance.
The hardest thing to deal with was the hard tires. We had to attack with these tires until the end. I have never found myself in this situation. It was qualifying laps throughout the race. This track requires a lot of involvement and precision. The car was moving a little at times and I had cars coming back at me at the end, I had a lot to deal with.
Before the race, I was a little less nervous than you might imagine. I had a few heated moments overtaking with Yuki (Tsunoda) and Nico (Hülkenberg) a little later, but I managed to stay calm and disciplined. »
