Nutrition: Vegan vs. Meat – The educational self-experiment of these identical twins

Hugo Turner did not eat any animal products for three months; his genetically identical twin brother Ross ate meat and fish. They combined the different nutritional styles with twelve weeks of fitness training. They went to the gym five to six times a week.

They followed a program developed by Ross, who works as a personal trainer. They also consumed almost the same number of calories. Researchers from King’s College accompanied the experiment and recorded factors such as weight, cholesterol and muscle mass. Towards the end of the experiment, they noticed big differences.
