Nathan Tjoe-A-On Expresses Desire to Play Multiple Positions for Indonesian National Team

Jakarta, tvOnenews.com – Indonesian National Team defender, Nathan Tjoe-A-On, sent a code to coach Shin Tae-yong about whether he was comfortable playing in two positions in a match.

In an interview session with the media, Nathan admitted that he had two ideal positions. He hopes that Shin Tae-yong can play as a left back and center back in the left position.

“I focus more on left back or left side center back,” said Nathan, Tuesday (19/3) in Senayan, Jakarta.

The player on loan to SC Heerenveen has the opportunity to be Shin Tae-yong’s choice in the heated duel with Vietnam, especially since Elkan Baggot and Jordi Amat did not play for the Indonesian national team due to injury.

Nathan has the opportunity to partner with Jay Idzes who plays as a central defender. Not only that, Nathan can also work with Justin Hubner who has the same position as Jay Idzes.

Even though Nathan only became an Indonesian citizen last week, Monday (11/3) to be precise, he admitted that he couldn’t wait to play with the Garuda squad against Vietnam.

“I can’t wait to play at GBK (Gelora Bung Karno). “I was in the audience during the Indonesia vs Brunei match,” said Nathan.
