One thing is clear: the TSG jewel is having an outstanding Bundesliga season with 12 goals and 6 assists. National coach Julian Nagelsmann (36) will certainly also think of Beier when he names the squad for the friendly games against France and Holland in March.

Baller-Beier doesn’t need any start-up time! The first strike in the 8th minute: Hoffenheim corner, Beier creates some space and hits a wonderful volley into the left corner – 1-0!

In the end, Hoffenheim has to tremble again! First Bülter sees yellow-red after a hard kick against Schmid (73′) and then Alvero makes it exciting again with his fine heel goal (90’+2). The first goal for the tallest Bundesliga player (2.02 meters).
Controversial scene: Beier gets the ball in the 70th minute just before Bremen’s Malatini, who then hits the TSG gem on the leg. Referee Jöllenbeck checks the scene on the monitor, many expect a penalty whistle – but it doesn’t happen!
