Kevin Huerter Set to Miss Remainder of Season for Sacramento Kings After Shoulder Surgery

Bad news for the Sacramento Kings, since Kevin Huerter will soon undergo surgery and will miss the remainder of the 2023-24 season, his agents confirmed to journalist Adrian Wojnarowski of the media. ESPN.

Huerter has been sidelined from the Kings since March 18 after dislocating his right shoulder, and will finally have to undergo surgery to repair a torn labrum.

Selected by the Hawks with the 19th pick in the 2018 Draft, he arrived in Sacramento in July 2022 in a transfer operation that also involved players Maurice Harkless, Justin Holiday and future rounds of the Draft.

Since his arrival he has established himself as Mike Brown’s starting guard with figures of 12.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 39% in triples in 139 games played.
