Kevin Durant Makes NBA History as Celtics Win Without Antetokounmpo

Kevin Durant became the eighth highest scorer in NBA history this Wednesdaysurpassing Shaquille O’Neal, while The Boston Celtics won with some difficulties in the end against the Milwaukee Bucks without Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Only seven players have scored more points than Durant in the NBA: LeBron James, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Karl Malone, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Dirk Nowitzki and Wilt Chamberlain.

The Suns celebrated by beating the Sixers with a spectacular Grayson Allen with 32 points and 9 triples. Kelly Oubre Jr., with 18 points, was the best for Philadelphia.

CELTICS 122 – BUCKS 119

The Celtics’ seventh victory came with some suspense since they entered the fourth quarter with +18 and in the last minute the Bucks, very deserving without Antetokounmpo, were only 2 points away without completing the comeback.

Jayson Tatum (31 points and 8 rebounds), Derrick White (23 points and 8 assists), Jaylen Brown (21 points and 8 rebounds), Kristaps Porzingis (17 points) and Payton Pritchard (19 points with 5 triples off the bench) The Celtics stood out with 8 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists from the Dominican Al Horford.

Damian Lillard (32 points, with 6 of 10 in triples, and 6 assists), Bobby Portis (24 points, with 14 of them in the last quarter, and 15 rebounds) and Khris Middleton (22 points, with a huge 8 of 11 shooting, plus 6 rebounds and 6 assists).

Jarrett Allen (25 points and 20 rebounds) could not avoid the defeat of the Cavaliers still without Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley.

BLAZERS 103 – CLIPPERS 116

After four losses in their last five games, the Clippers took a breath with 27 points and 6 rebounds from Paul George, 24 points from Kawhi Leonard and 19 points and 14 assists from James Harden.

Scoot Henderson (18 points) was the most productive for Portland, which has lost its last four games.

PISTONS 103 – PACERS 122

Pascal Siakam (25 points and 8 rebounds) took charge of the Pacers who had no problems taking the win against the Pistons who have accumulated four losses in a row.

Cade Cunningham (23 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists) led Detroit.
