Jannik Sinner isn’t really getting up to speed in Miami yet. His third round match against Tallon Griekspoor had to be interrupted on Sunday evening due to incoming rain.

After his delayed opening win against Andrea Vavassori, Jannik Sinner is back at it again just one day later against Griekspoor. The world number 26 from the Netherlands won the first set 7:5. The second round was then interrupted due to rain when the score was 3:3. It is now dry again in Miami. The match continued at 10 p.m.

In any case, Sinner is under pressure against Griekspoor. Another loss of a set would mean the end of the tournament for the Pusterer at the Masters 1000 tournament in Miami.

UPDATE: Jannik Sinner won the second set against Griekspoor 7:5. The third round started exactly at 10:33 p.m. (CET).
