iPhone 16 Pro Design Leak: New Graphics Reveal Button Changes

The website 91Mobiles currently seems to have good contacts; in the last few days the Indian tech blog has already leaked CAD files for the iPhone SE 4. Now we continue with the iPhone 16 Pro and the new graphics reveal a slightly different design of the buttons.

The drawings for the iPhone 16 Pro indicate a very similar design to the iPhone 15 Pro. The buttons, however, have been slightly changed, including the action button being made a little longer, similar to the volume buttons. However, the rumor mill seems to be divided, as MacRumors reports that Apple tested such a design but rejected it. The all-new record button is located on the side of the standby button and, according to the graphics, is completely flush with the device frame.

Design des iPhone 16 Pro

Back in January, MacRumors drew attention to the new record button, which is supposed to work capacitively. So it’s not a mechanical button that needs to be pressed. The iPhone acknowledges pressure with a vibration, creating the illusion of a click.

The main change to the design of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max is rumored to be a larger display, growing from 6.1 to 6.3 inches and from 6.7 to 6.9 inches, respectively. After a significant redesign that saw the iPhone 15 Pro switch to a titanium frame and rounded edges last year, little is expected to change the look of the new devices this year. The iPhone 16 is expected to hit the market in the fall.
