Agenda: 1. Welcome. 2. Report of the board of directors on the past financial year a) activity report, b) cash report. 3. Report of the auditors and discharge of the board of directors. 4. Election of the board. 5. Election of auditors. 6. Project planning for the next year. 7. Determination of the membership fee. 8. Resolution on the annual accounts and the budget. 9. Miscellaneous.
In view of upcoming significant projects in the coming years, active participation from all members is expected.
