A martial arts path that aims to be discipline, harmony, personal growth. The new judo and ju jitsu courses for personal defense were inaugurated a few days ago in Fermo. The ASD Martial Arts Academy, led by technician Alessandro Massei, a qualified Judo and Ju Jitsu instructor, has decided to bring this discipline back to the Marche capital with courses for all ages. The training sessions take place at the ITT Montani gym in via Salvo d’Acquisto: “Despite the project having just been born – says Massei – the local population responded excellently by participating in large numbers in the open day organised”.
“These disciplines had been missing from the city for years – continues Massei – and thanks to the support of the municipal administration, the mayor Paolo Calcinaro and the sports councilor Alberto Maria Scarfini, it was possible to return to offering this choice to the inhabitants”.
“Teaching – he continues – disciplines that instill in young people values such as respect for rules and others, self-control and discipline serves no other purpose than to improve society through the improvement of the individual; if all this is then done through fun, there is nothing healthier and more recommended.” Councilor Scarfini inaugurated the new project: “We wish the new dojo a profitable and lasting synergy with this territory which is enriched with one more gem, every sporting activity that is born is a great satisfaction for us and a celebration for everyone those who want to go to the gym”.
