The 26-year-old driver stated that the jump from 2022 to 2023 “was quite easy.” “The 2022 bike didn’t work very well for me and I was immediately competitive with the 2023 and with the new bike it takes me a little bit to get used to the riding style, you have to change it a little because you can take advantage of other parts of the circuit, so It’s hard for me. In Sepang I immediately saw that it is better, so I think it is a very good bike for me too,” Martín pointed out.
In the face of future problems, he highlighted the “great analysis” and “great research” carried out this winter by his team. “I was driving well, I was fast, but in the last simulation I started to suffer a lot of problems.
