According to a Handelsblatt report, the world’s largest sports association is expected to collect around 100 million euros per year from US giant Nike. According to BILD information, Adidas recently paid the association a guaranteed at least 50 million euros per year.

Adidas felt surprised by the report published by the DFB on Thursday.

An Adidas spokesman told BILD: “We were informed by the DFB today that the association will have a new supplier from 2027.”
