Free Sports Opportunities for All Ages in Lomas Parks: How to Sign Up

Neighbors of all ages can practice free sports in the different parks that Lomas has. To sign up you have to go to the Municipality website.

Eva Perón Park, located in Molina Arrotea and Las Lilas, has first-class infrastructure. There are multiple disciplines such as hockey, athletics, basketball, functional training, rugby, futsal, women’s soccer, hockey, volleyball, handball, BMX, torball, shuffleboard, table tennis, boccia and gymnastics for seniors.

One of the highlighted spaces is the gym for contact sports of more than 400 square meters, a 6×6 meter ring, a 9×18 tatami, stands, changing rooms and toilets. Every week they offer boxing, taekwondo, taichi chuan, kickboxing, judo and kung fu classes.

Both in Parque de Lomas and in “Guyo Sember” (Avenida Alsina 1835) there are natatoriums that offer activities such as aqua gymnastics, swimming (level 1 and 2), school, midwifery (for mothers and fathers with their babies) , water polo, swimming for people with disabilities and master swimming team (for competitions).

While in the parks of Santa Catalina (Soldado Brito and Manuela Pedraza), Albertina (Homero 2601) and Diego Armando Maradona de Fiorito (Recondo 1200) there are the Soccer Schools for boys and girls from 6 to 12 years old.

To sign up for any of these sports you must go to the official website, complete the form, attach the requested documentation and a form that must be completed by a doctor. Afterwards they will receive an email with a sports card that they will have to present at the park before entering the activity. Each person can register for up to 2 sports.
