“Everything was perfect, the team did an incredible job. I would have done anything to finish the first lap in the lead and start managing from there.” Francesco Bagnaia enjoys the success in the Qatar GP which inaugurated the MotoGP World Championship. “I tried to act crazy straight away to be first – said the Ducati world champion to Sky Sport – The strategy was the same as yesterday, but the biggest difference is how I managed the performance. But the Sprint it helped to identify problems. But everything worked better, every time someone tried to get closer I stretched out.”
