Three days after the slap received against Germany (0-2), it was a completely overhauled French team which found its way to victory this Tuesday evening. A success acquired largely thanks to the hard work of Youssouf Fofana in the middle and the activity of Randal Kolo Muani on the attacking front.
Maignan: 5. Back as starter, the AC Milan goalkeeper was caught cold after six minutes by Nunez’s goal for which he was not really responsible. He can’t do much on the second goal either. Relatively little used the rest of the time, he was saved by his post on a header from Vargas (50th).
