In the series “Our personal trainer” help us the Berlin fitness coach Sebastian Grüner to become stronger, healthier and more beautiful. After summarizing some of the most important exercises over the past few weeks, we have now sent Grüner into the studio again. This article is part of TIME on the weekendissue 11/2024.
Requirement: A barbell, standard in every studio. If you are already strong, weight plates for the dumbbells would also be good. Otherwise, try just one pole that should be 15 or 20 kilos light.
