In the series “Our personal trainer” help us the Berlin fitness coach Sebastian Grüner to become stronger, healthier and more beautiful. After summarizing some of the most important exercises over the past few weeks, we have now sent Grüner into the studio again. This article is part of TIME on the weekendissue 09/2024.

Do you have a chocolate side? Is it the left or right side of your body? Then our new exercise for this page is perfect. For your other one too, by the way. Because if you regularly incorporate the half-kneeling lift into your training plan, you will soon have at least two good sides. Our exercise of the week also trains coordination, is good for the back and strengthens posture.
