Feyenoord fans go wild at debuting commentator at the Netherlands – Scotland

The Dutch national team has had a rough start to the friendly match against Scotland, to say the least. Arman Avsaroglu, who provides TV commentary on behalf of the NOS, caused irritation among several Feyenoord supporters in the opening phase of the match.
Avsaroglu, who is providing TV commentary for a Dutch match for the first time, was critical of Mats Wieffer several times. The controlling midfielder had some difficult moments with the ball at his feet, but the Feyenoord player always escaped unscathed by finding the solution just in time or getting a free kick.
“Wieffer is playing a difficult match,” Avsaroglu nevertheless said after less than a quarter of the match. It goes down the wrong way with several Feyenoord supporters.
“Weird commentator,” says one Richard on X. “Wieffer is being completely undermined. Act normal!”
