FC Bayern Eyeing Possible Return of Ex-Player Pierre-Emile Höjbjerg

Squad planning for the new season is currently underway at FC Bayern. As transfer expert Ekrem Konur reports, the Munich team is also thinking about ex-player Pierre-Emile Höjbjerg.

Accordingly, the German record champions would closely monitor the 28-year-old’s situation and aim for a transfer in the coming summer transfer window. In addition to FCB, Juventus Turin and Atlético Madrid are also mentioned as possible interested parties.

Höjbjerg is no longer one of the undisputed regulars at Tottenham this season. Recently he has been in the first eleven more often again after coach Ange Postecoglou only brought him in as a joker at the beginning of the year. In total he made 28 appearances this season.

The Dane’s contract with the London club is dated until the end of June 2025, meaning FC Bayern would have to pay a transfer fee in the event of a transfer.

Höjbjerg already played for the German record champions between 2012 and 2016. He provided one assist in 25 competitive games for the professionals, but he was unable to establish himself sustainably. In 2016 he finally moved to Southampton FC before joining Spurs in 2020.
