Lesson by the athlete and teacher Emanuele Fontana of the Legnano Judo Club to the children of the non-profit organization Età Insieme
Legnano – Week of spreading sports practice with a meeting with the kids from the social cooperative “Onlus Age Together” to introduce them to the discipline practiced.
Emanuele Fontanateacher of the social cooperative and athlete of the Judo Club Legnano, through a lesson aimed at inclusion, learning the elementary notions of judo (falls and first basic techniques) and above all fun in trying exercises, held a lesson that it proved to be very popular.
On Saturday morning, however, the meetings with the Anfass kids resumed in two hours of gymnastic exercises, small basics of falls assisted by the chaperones and teachers present.
On Sunday 24th the youth judo meeting organized by the Kimeru Academy Asd company was held at the sports hall in Olgiate Comasco.
31 athletes registered for the Legnano team in this event which won the first prize as a company, bringing a notable number of athletes to the top, even if the principle of these competitions remains the introduction of young novices to competitions, enhancing the sporting and educational spirit respecting the principle of Judo.
