Bola.net – Petrokimia Volleyball Academy Gresik managed to emerge as champion of the 2024 Nusantara Cup in the women’s category. The team from East Java managed to beat Kharisma Premium Bandung in the Grand Final with a score of 1-3.
In the first set, Petrokimia lost with a score of 17-25. However, they managed to win in three consecutive sets with scores of 25-18, 25-18 and 26-24.
With this drama-filled match, Petrokimia was named the best women’s team in the 2024 Nusantara Cup.

In the first set, Petrokimia looked awkward. They made many mistakes and this situation was exploited well by Kharisma Premium Bandung.
Kharisma was able to take advantage of mistake after mistake and managed to win with a score of 17-25 in the first set.
In the second set, the opposite happened. Kharisma Putri actually made many mistakes in the second set, so that Petrokimia was able to win with a score of 25-18.
In the third set Petrokimia still appeared confident. They were able to make Kharisma overwhelmed with their attacks. That’s why the third set belonged to Petrokimia with a score of 25-18.
In the fourth set, Kharisma rose. Since the first point, the team from Bandung was able to perform well and won consecutive points. Even though they were behind by many points, Petrokimia did not give up and they were able to catch up.
Having been behind 24-21, Petrokimia was able to get five points in a row and came back to win with a score of 24-26. Thanks to this victory, Petrokimia successfully won the 2024 Nusantara Cup.
