Barcelona. The footballer Dani Alves mentioned to the judges of section 21 of the Barcelona Court that he will not escape if they leave him provisionally free pending the resolution of the appeals regarding the sentence that sentenced him to four and a half years in prison. .
Alves expressed the above in the last speaking session of yesterday’s hearing to assess his request to be released, reported sources present. Both the private prosecution and the prosecution have argued that, although Alves has served a quarter of the four and a half year sentence, both accusations demand higher sentences in their appeals, which are still to be resolved.
