The Champions’ Play-offs start this weekend, but Club Brugge is clearly already thinking about next season. It is close to an agreement with Ardon Jashari (21): this is confirmed to our editors. Jashari is a defensive midfielder for the Swiss FC Luzern, where he is under contract until the summer of 2026.
Jashari is a youth product from Lucerne with roots in North Macedonia. In 2022 he picked up two A-caps with the Swiss national team, although each time it was a substitute appearance for a handful of minutes. Against Portugal at the World Cup in Qatar, but also in the Nations League against the Czech Republic. Given his young age, Jashari has the necessary experience. At Lucerne he has now played 92 games in the main squad: he made his debut there in July 2020 at the age of 18.
