(Cleveland) Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell is expected to miss at least a week after breaking his nose in Houston last weekend.

Mitchell also has a bruised left knee.
Saturday against the Rockets, he injured his nose when his teammate Tristan Thompson accidentally hit him while trying to grab a loose ball.
Mitchell underwent surgery at the Cleveland Clinic to realign his nose, the Cavaliers said Tuesday.
He will be re-evaluated in about a week.
Mitchell is averaging 27.4 points in 49 games this season, his second with Cleveland.
Before Tuesday’s games, he was sixth in the NBA in scoring.
The Cavaliers are third in the East, one game behind the Milwaukee Bucks.
