The injured party was aware of the entire situation and through the car window he saw the attackers entering the forest. There, three hooligans beat him and forced him to record a video in which the 15-year-old renounced his sympathy for his club. Later, they sent the film to the kidnapped man’s friends.
– Three attackers got out of the vehicle at the scene, and the fourth remained inside. The men beat a 15-year-old boy and took his mobile phone. They forced him to deny his sympathy for one of the Rzeszów football clubs of which he was a fan. They recorded the entire incident on his phone and sent it to his friends. Afterwards, they took the teenager back to his hometown – said Magdalena Żuk, spokeswoman for the Rzeszów police, quoted by the website halorzeszow.pl.
The victim’s father informed the police about the incident. On Monday, March 25, officers dealing with hooligan groups detained two 19-year-olds and a 21-year-old from the Rzeszów district. The identity of the fourth attacker has not yet been established.
“They were all charged with deprivation of liberty, for which the Penal Code provides for a penalty of up to 5 years’ imprisonment. One of the 19-year-olds and a 21-year-old were also charged with forcing them to perform a specific behavior. This crime is punishable by up to 3 years’ imprisonment,” we read. on the website of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Rzeszów.
