beIN SPORTS unveils its new sound identity “The Grand” signed by the Phantom Punch and Lafourmi agencies

With “The Grand”, beIN SPORTS France presents its new sound identity, the result of a collaboration with the Lafourmi agency and the musical creation agency PHANTOM PUNCH.

This original composition, designed by the Dutch producer Rob Jageraims to embody the intensity of sport and the brand’s ambition for excellence.

Clément Cimarro, Creative Director of Lafourmi, highlights the challenge of creating an impactful sound identity for beIN SPORTS, after 10 years of using the previous one! A longevity that will be difficult to erase in a few days for the most diligent of the channels launched in 2012. “Creating a new impactful and proprietary sound identity was a real challenge, especially when the previous one accompanied the channel for 10 years” .

This new sound signature will be used in beIN SPORTS advertising campaigns on all media, from television to digital and radio.

Julien Boulfrayfounder of PHANTOM PUNCH, explains that the brass instruments were chosen for their ability to represent the promise of “ The greatest spectacle” carried by beIN SPORTS “for the musical theme to become inseparable from the identity of the channel, it had to be based on a strong gimmick and the brass instruments appeared as an obvious response to the promise ‘The greatest of shows’ carried by beIN SPORTS. »

BeIN SPORTS therefore plans to integrate this new sound into its trailers, show jingles, as well as its digital programs such as match summaries and podcasts. Isabelle Guérin, Marketing Director of beIN SPORTSsays this new sound identity reflects the intensity and passion of sport, and will become an integral part of the beIN SPORTS experience.
