The month of March is usually reserved for numerous regional tournaments, the BCAP badistas are present every weekend in the four corners of Occitanie and are a hit with racket in hand. Notably in Castelnaudary, then at the Trèbes and Cornebarrieu tournaments which were successful with several BCAP winners and finalists. But also during the last day of interclub meetings at the end of which team 1 of Pamiers finished first in the group and qualified for the play-offs.
Recently, it is in Colomiers, Lavaur then in Villefranche and Fontenilles that the badists have been talking about the technique. On the Colomiers courts Julien arrives in the senior 4 semi-final, Marie Charlotte and Clémentine are finalists. In Lavaur, Theo is the winner in the senior 3 singles. Sophie wins the doubles final with a player from Golfech.
Finally in Villefranche, the pairs Damien and Sébastien and Karine with Shinee do not leave the group while in Fontenilles, Pauline finishes 3rd in her group of seniors 1, Théo is a semi-finalist in seniors 3 just like Patricia and Pauline finalists and therefore vice-champions. The badminton club remains focused on the courts, increases its training, has a series of tournaments and actively prepares for the club’s annual meeting.
Indeed, registrations for the major 2024 BCAP tournament planned for the weekend of April 20 and 21 are continuing and all the necessary logistics are being put in place for this major event considered to be the highlight of the season at the Appamean badminton club. .
