Basket Landes dominates Asvel in the Women’s League

A great poster closed the 18th day of the Women’s League (LFB) regular season on Sunday. Basket Landes, third in the ranking and winner of the Coupe de France last season, won at home against Asvel (78-65), who won the last Championship.

Leading at the break (39-33), Basket Landes then broke away in the third quarter by achieving a 23-15. Alexis Peterson (18 points) and Angela Salvadores (15) were the two main architects of the Landes success. In the ranks of Asvel, Julie Allemand was the most effective with 15 points.

Angers crushes Lattes-Montpellier in the last quarter
