Al Nassr lost 0-1 to Al Ain in the Asian Champions League. Cristiano Ronaldo failed to score even though he had several opportunities.

Al Ain vs Al Nassr took place at the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in the first leg of the Asian Champions League quarter-finals, Monday (4/3 /2024). Cristiano Ronaldo had a chance at the start of the match.

Rahimi calmly passed David Ospina before hitting the ball into Al Nassr’s goal. Al Ain lead 1-0.

Cristiano Ronaldo almost came up with a quick response. His shot was blocked by Khalid Eisa. The score 1-0 in Al Ain’s favor lasted until the end of the first half.

After the break, Rahimi once again shook Al Nassr’s net. However, Al Ain’s goal was again disallowed for offside.

This result meant that Al Nassr had to win by two goals in the second leg to qualify for the semifinals. The second leg will take place at Al Nassr headquarters on March 12.
