Aaron Rodgers Considered as Running Mate for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in Presidential Bid

Aaron Rodgers‘quarterback’ de los New York Jets, is among the names that could be the running mate of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., in his independent candidacy heading to the presidency in the next United States elections, according to the ‘New York Times’.

In the publication it was mentioned that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. approached Rodgers to raise the possibility for the elections next November.

The New York newspaper detailed that the 40-year-old quarterback has spoken to Kennedy Jr. “quite a bit and continually.”

The name of the four-time winner of the NFL Season’s Most Valuable Player award appears as a possibility along with former Minnesota governor and former professional wrestler, Jesse Ventura.

Rodgers played 18 seasons, 15 as a starter, with the Green Bay Packers, the team with which he won Super Bowl XLV, in which he was named Most Valuable Player.

In April of last year he joined the New York Jets for the 2023 season.

The team prepared a spectacular presentation for him at MetLife Stadium for the week one game against the Buffalo Bills.

Rodgers He jumped onto the field waving an American flag amidst music and fireworks. to the applause of just over 82,000 New York fans.

The euphoria died suddenly on the Jets’ first offensive series. Rodgers fell to the grass, got back up, but immediately threw himself down again due to the pain caused by a ruptured Achilles tendon.

The ‘quarterback’ had a rapid recovery.

He was on the verge of leading the team’s offense again for Week 16, if not for the fact that the Jets were left without a chance to advance to the playoffs.

At present, Rodgers is getting stronger to face his first season as a starter for the Jets, which will start in September 2024, unless his career takes a political direction.
