In the summer of 2022 Jalen Brunson signed a contract worth a total of 104 million dollars with the New York Knicks. The point guard is certainly a great regret in the recent history of the Dallas Mavericks. I thought: “If they don’t extend my contract, I’ll probably be traded.” But not it happened”.
Dallas waited to re-sign Brunson to explore its market. “And then, the offer was put on my table after the trade deadline. I said to myself, ‘No, I think I’ve passed this deal.’ Personally, that’s what I thought. I thought, ‘I think I’ve passed this deal.’ “.
