Le Figaro. – You were in Brest for the arrival of Charles Caudrelier, what did you think of his performance?

Olivier de Kersauson. – He achieved a tremendous feat. I am very happy to see the Ultims achieve what they are doing because we are really a continuation of all the trouble we have put in over the years to develop these boats by taking them to Cape Horn. We must remember that Éric Tabarly said he would never go there in a multihull. Some time ago, we made this first part of the journey and it was well followed by this whole generation of sailors who are racing like in a regatta at an average of twenty-five knots around the world.
