PSG: Laurendon (18 years old) and Khafi (17 years old) signed a trainee contract

Within the 2006 generation, there is obviously the phenomenon Warren Zaire-Emery, international A in the French team and holder in the mind of Luis Enrique. But there are also other elements for which everything does not go so quickly. Many of them will even be at the end of their aspiring contract on June 30.

Like every year, the Parisian club will carry out an initial skimming which will lead to departures in the coming weeks for those on whom it no longer counts. Offers were made to several players who, for the most part, are still playing with the U19 team. Some are discussing a first professional contract, we think of Senny Mayulu or Ethan Mbappé, but the others are more concerned with a trainee contract.

In anticipation of next season, PSG has already made good progress by extending at least two young players this week. According to our information, goalkeeper Bilal Laurendon (18 years old) signed a trainee contract until 2026 which rewards his good performances with Zoumana Camara’s team and his notable entry into the Moroccan U20 international team. The former Sarcelles hopeful was in the Ligue 1 group for the first time, on December 9, against Nantes (2-1).

Versatile midfielder Yanis Khafi (17) has also signed as a trainee for the next two years, a new important step in his career at the training center. The native of Ermont (Val-d’Oise) took part in two Youth League matches this season. He wore the captain’s armband several times in U17 last season.
