This Thursday, February 1, the Vannes Badminton Club had the joy of hosting the fourth “Badgirls” evening in Morbihan. This day was initiated by players from the Flame club in Elven. The principle is to organize within a voluntary Morbihan club, an informal and friendly evening exclusively for women, allowing players who are generally in the minority within the clubs, to meet around singles and doubles ladies.
This evening, which tends to continue for the next few years, aims to promote the female practice of badminton within Morbihan clubs.
This fourth edition brought together 21 women from seven Morbihan clubs: Badminton Club Auray, Flame 56, Association de Badminton de Caden, Al Ploemeur Badminton, Badminton Club de Saint-Avé, Les plumes du Len, Badminton Club vannetais. Hoping that this event can continue to develop the women’s practice of badminton in Morbihan.
