The federation attaches importance to the development of all its affiliated structures (clubs, departmental committees, regional committees). Development can be considered from different angles, notably that of the professionalization of sports management.

Know that the professional training DEJEPS, meets this need. It is offered from the start of the next sporting season.
Here are some of the key points of this training:
- Technical Expertise: Experienced trainers will share their in-depth knowledge of archery techniques. Trainees will develop skills in coaching beginner and competitive archers
- Club management: Sessions dedicated to carrying out a project will help develop the association during the training year
- Trainer skills will also be developed and evaluated
- Financing: Participants have the possibility of having all or part of the training costs financed, without any outlay for the association (contribution to Afdas).
A trainee in training can, like a graduate, be hired and supervise your different audiences in complete autonomy.
