Pardubice’s Winning Streak Continues: Coach Radoslav Kováč’s Men Claim Victory in Two Consecutive Duels

Pardubice is enjoying the start of dreams. Coach Radoslav Kováč’s men won both of this year’s duels, both at the opponent’s ground. They took three points at Slovácko and for a few days at Karviná. There, the East Bohemians won the important duel clearly 3:0. “We are grateful, happy that we made it. These are mega-important three points, which we value very much,” coach Pardubic beamed.

His team already led at halftime. “We started very well, we had a very good transition into the attack, we combined well on the difficult terrain. But then we stopped being active and allowed the opponent two dangerous shots. We appealed to the players that we were in a bad position, we didn’t have rebounds and we had to react to it,” he assessed the events on the pitch in the opening act of an important duel.

“We also started the second half well, we had a great chance after losing at home. The substitution helped, Icha hit it very nicely and Krobot then solved the chance perfectly,” he said after increasing the lead.

Understandably, Kovács was also pleased that his charges did not collect. “The zero at the back is for Tonda Kinski. For the first time in a year and a half since I’ve been in Pardubice, we scored three goals. Teplice awaits us, it won’t be easy to confirm those two wins at home. But we’ll try,” stated the Pardubice coach.
