Nordhorn Youth Work Department Launches Easter Holiday Pass for Children Aged Six to Twelve

For the Easter holidays, the youth work department of the city of Nordhorn issues a holiday pass for Nordhorn children aged six to twelve. The booklets are currently being distributed to all school children in grades one to six. The first phase of the registration process runs from Wednesday, February 28th to Tuesday, March 5th. The children can look forward to a varied program with a total of 140 events. In many clubs, associations and institutions, full-time and, above all, volunteers are involved in making this offer possible. The Underage Club Disco in the youth center starts on the last day of school with a DJ and cool music. The children can also go fishing, play football, go bowling, get to know obstacle courses or dance with the holiday pass. You can take on the role of a child veterinarian, world detective or circus performer, ride a horse, skateboard, try out judo and karate or take a trip to a climbing gym.

These and many other creative or sporting offers, baking and cooking events, media offers, guided tours and cinema films ensure that there is no chance of boredom during the Easter holidays. Registrations for the offers are accepted via the portal www.nordhorn.feripro.de. If events are overcrowded, there will be a draw for places on Wednesday, March 6th. The event passes will then be sent out and the places that are still available can be booked directly. There is one exception: tickets for the films are only available directly from the UCI Luxe cinema. There are also events for which registration is not required. Daniela Wolf from the youth work department of the city of Nordhorn answers questions about the Easter holiday pass by phone at 878 436 or by email, [email protected].
