Mike Muscala has reached an agreement with the management of the Detroit Pistons to terminate his contract before March 1 and be able to find a new accommodation in the NBA, sources confirmed by journalist Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

The natural center from Minneapolis was transferred on January 14 from the Washington Wizards mainly in the operation of the young Marvin Bagley III.

Muscala was in the final year of a guaranteed contract worth just over $3.5 million.
