[마이데일리 = 심재희 기자] The Korea Badminton Association signed a sponsorship agreement with Boryung Healthcare, a sports taping company, and Korea Ajinomoto, a processed food company.
The Badminton Association joined hands with the two companies on the 22nd. Association officials, along with executives and employees of Boryung Healthcare and Ajinomoto Korea, gathered at the Oryun Hall in the National Team Athletes Village in Jincheon, North Chungcheong Province and held a sponsorship agreement ceremony.
With this agreement, the association and the sponsor will continue cooperation in marketing and sponsorship for one year. Boryung Healthcare provides the highest quality sports tape to prevent injuries and enhance performance of athletes. Ajinomoto Korea provides 10 million won in cash and energy gel to help national team players recover.
Kim Taek-gyu, President of the Korea Badminton Association, said, “We are grateful for the support of everyone who loves and supports Korean badminton,” and added, “We will support the players to achieve good results at the 2024 Paris Olympics.” Kim Beom-soo, CEO of Boryung Healthcare, emphasized, “We are happy to help the national badminton team players,” and added, “We look forward to the players preventing injuries and demonstrating their best skills at the 2024 Paris Olympics.”
