The continuous evolution of the practitioners in the Judo Bu-Sen Luino association leads to the registration of 91 members, while the nursery of new agonists gets moving again. On Saturday 3 February the club went away to Besana Brianza (MB), where Gabriele Brigatti got back into the game for the regional qualifiers of the Cadet Classan athlete who has already been a finalist at the Italian Championships in 2021: with two victories and two defeats he ranked 11th out of 31 competitors, a position which unfortunately did not allow him to access the final.
The next dayin the same building, the 1st “NexGen Judo League” Tournament took place, a competition for the 12/14 year old rookie class organized by the FIJLKAM Lombardy Regional Committee. Three boys showed up at their first regional competition: Lorenzo Cadoni e Dennis Spinellino they conquered the second place with sporting determination, while Aldo Marchesanodespite a good technical attempt, lost the first match and was not reinstated.
He joined these three rookies Thomas Cesena in the competition on 11 February: the “1st Bergamo Trophy – City of a thousand judokas in Bottanuco”. The four rookies played excellent matches and the results once again rewarded them: Lorenzo Cadoni and Dennis Spinellino reached 2nd place, while Aldo Marchesano and Thomas Cesena ranked 3rd. The Children and Boys also joined in the race, as many as 18 future competitors, given their excellent performance.
The ranking praised them: Giacomo Angioi and Federico Furlan climbed to the top step of the podium, while Gioele Violetti, Mattia Rosina, Lorenzo Petrella and Martina Siega took 2nd place; in third place were Federico Lercara, Emanuele Petrella, Tobia Porrini, Federico Filippi, Nicholas Cesena, Evan Roma, Denis Bonfatti, Aiden Roma, Matteo Panizzoli, Diego Mariani, Imre Kocsar and Gioele Muraca.
