Colds, flu or Covid are not much fun. Especially not athletes. In addition to the unpleasant symptoms, there is something else that plagues gym-goers and joggers: the thought of taking a break from training, which would destroy the muscles you have laboriously built up or the best time you have achieved. Even those who are less ambitious find it difficult to forego their dose of exercise and happiness hormones, so the same questions keep coming up. Do I really have to take a break? A little cold like that doesn’t matter, does it? And what is supposed to happen?
