Fitness exercise: Five exercises for strong legs

The legs are often forgotten during strength training. They are important for every athlete and protect older people from falls. These exercises will keep you stable.

Over the past three weeks, our trainer has done five exercises each to ensure a strong upper body, a strong back and a six-pack. This time he summarizes the five best exercises for a part of the body that many people neglect when strength training: the legs. People often forget about them because they don’t look as good as strong biceps. But they are important. For athletes anyway, but especially for older people, says Grüner. Strong legs keep you stable and prevent falls!
