On February 5th, BILD exclusively reported that Eintracht ultra Benjamin von Loefen (37) was to join the new executive board. Now it’s official. The manager of a luxury fitness studio in Bad Homburg was appointed deputy.

Von Loefen is a preferred candidate for the new President Mathias Beck (53). At the general meeting at the beginning of February, when he was elected, Beck had already announced that he wanted to transfer the office to him.
The idea behind it: Von Loefen was part of the leadership team in the Ultras and was supposed to act as a link between the bosses and the organized hardcore fans. Recently there has been some friction, especially because of the numerous pyrotechnic excesses. He has now resigned from his “offices” with the Ultras and no longer wants to be active there in the future.
The new deputy says: “I would like to thank you for your trust and the opportunity to contribute to our unity in this role. I’m looking forward to doing my part to further develop the club.”
