DPWT Barron takes the lead in Qatar, Sordet and Coussaud 6th

Cut day this Friday during the second round of the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters. On the French side, Clément Sordet and Ugo Coussaud are in the top 10 at -5. The leader is the Australian Haydn Barron at -9.

The blue, white, red flag is well represented in the top 10. Like the day before, Clément Sordet maintains his position in the leaderboard. After a day at -1, the former Texas Tech University player is now at -5 total. At his side, we can count his compatriot Ugo Coussaud.

The former Challenge Tour player had a solid day at -4, allowing him to stay in the race to try to win his first European Tour title. Both men are well placed heading into the weekend, four shots behind the leader. With them in 6th position, we find, among others, the Chinese Ashun Wu or the Dane Rasmus Højgaard, author of the best card of the day at -6.
