CAN 2024: South Africa 3rd, place for the dream final between Ivory Coast and Nigeria

South Africa defeated DR Congo on penalties on Saturday in the CAN 2024 third-place match. Hosts Ivory Coast will face Nigeria to lift the Africa Cup trophy on Sunday .

On the eve of the Nigeria-Ivory Coast final, South Africa beat DR Congo (0-0, 6 tab to 5) on Saturday at the Félicia stadium in Abidjan, and finished third in the African Cup nations.
