During this week the Alfredo Acosta Comprehensive Judo Center will open for all those people who want to learn about the sport and how judo is trained for free.
From this Monday until next Friday, March 1, the institution will give open and free classes for those who want to learn about judo. It will be for all ages and also for both sexes. The classes will be taught by Alfredo Acosta and Analuz Acosta
Anyone who wants to know how to train and what the sport is about can visit the dojo located at 1231 Boero Romano Street at different times depending on age.
Times are:
Children from 4 to 6 years old: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 6:50 p.m.
Children from 7 to 9 years old: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 to 8:20 p.m.
Children from 10 to 13 years old: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 to 8:20 p.m.
Seniors from 14 years old: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
