“I am glad that we have reached an agreement that is viable for both parties. An unpleasant period for me is over, I believe that now everything will turn for the better,” said 32-year-old Hora, who had a contract with Dynamo until the end of this season, to Sport.cz.
From Thursday, Hora will start preparing with the second division Táborsk. The following weeks will show whether he will appear in his jersey in the spring, or whether one of the first league clubs will reach out for him.
“I thank the management of Táborsk that I can train with the team and prepare well for the spring. I don’t want to pass judgment on what happens next. Just see each other. Now I’m mainly happy that I have the opportunity to play football again,” Hora said.
The Dynamo management decided to get rid of the experienced offensive midfielder after the defeat with Pardubice at the end of November. It dropped him from the first team, despite having a valid contract until June 2024. It included a clause to extend his contract by a year on current terms if he played a certain number of minutes this season. It was this clause that apparently became the reason for Horo’s elimination.
