Russian Player Kotov’s Outburst and Victory at Australian Open Court 6

The spectators on Court 6 at Melbourne Park acknowledged the Russian’s outburst with loud boos.

During his first round match at the Australian Open against Arthur Rinderknech, Kotov had a score of 7:5, 6:1, 6:7 (6:8), 6:7 (5:7) and 40:40 after a supposedly easy forehand Error: out of frustration, he fired the ball with full force against the back boards.
