Legnano – A project by Galileo Galilei Sports Scientific High School of Legnano which involves the one-man approach individual contact sport such as judoa new idea appreciated by the students who met with the teachers of Judo Club Legnano during one hour of class. This topic has already been discussed in the past, however had had to suffer the interruption caused by Covida program foreseen by the school program which saw the collaboration between Legnano High School and Judo Club to delve deeper into sports practice in a technical way.
On the tatami of the tensile structure of the “Malerba” sports center in San Vittore Olona, the students were able to learn the first rudiments of this noble artfollowed closely by the Legnano masters who passed on to them all their skills in this sport which has very precise rules and is based on important principles such as education, courage, sincerity, honour, modesty, respect, self-control and friendship.
In addition to judo the Liceo Galilei collaborates with other local companiestennis and fencing are the other disciplines that the children practice, having a very specific scholastic address it is important to have a technical approach from specialized instructors, given that physical education teachers provide information on a methodological and general physical preparation levelwhile the technique of the various sports must be studied in depth in this way, which is very qualifying for them.
A scholastic path that could have, in a future perspective, different possibilities, the sports high school diploma it will give them the opportunity to choose between sports doctor, sports agent, physiotherapist, osteopath, statistician, facility manager, sports psychologist, sports event organiser, coach, sports club manager, journalist or photographer.
